Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of professional experience in IT, including 3+ years in a similar ServiceNow role Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its product ecosystem Experience in custom solution development and DevOps environments Knowledge of Service Management processes Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, Web Services) Understanding of IT security standards and complex system environments Ability to analyse requirements and support technical solution design Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and English at min.
