ServiceNow Developer (SAM & ITOM)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (SAM & ITOM) to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for an international client in the logistics and aviation industry. This position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM modules, as well as senior-level technical experience in enterprise environments. Project information: • Industry: Logistics and aviation • Type of project: Outsourcing • Office location: Poland • Work mode: Remote • Budget: 170–200 PLN net/h – b2b • Project length: Long-term • Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland • Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) Project scope: • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments • Create and implement technical specifications based on functional requirements • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and application teams • Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Support stakeholders with technical input and implementation-related decision-making • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation • Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards to all solution designs Implementation scope and roadmap in SAM & ITOM: • Integration with Oracle to ensure agents have the correct rights to execute patterns and collect data • Integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) providers to enable software usage visibility (Microsoft Entra ID) • Integration with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform • Integration with IBM / Red Hat • Integration with SAP ABAP • Integration with SAP SuccessFactors • Integration with GitHub • ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector • Potential improvements of current setup for Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, and • Slack by moving from Managed File Transfer (MFT) to direct ServiceNow integrations Competence demands: • At least 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments • Proven development experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development practices • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications • Experience working in complex enterprise environments • Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams • Very good English skills We offer: • Remote working model • Full-time job agreement based on b2b • Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) • Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) • Life insurance
