Nasze wymagania: Required Skills •Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with expertise in one or more of: •ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB) •ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Observability) •CSM •HRSD •SecOps •ITAM / SAM / HAM •GRC / IRM •PPM / APM / SPM •UI Builder / Service Portal Technical skills: •JavaScript •REST / SOAP web services •ServiceNow platform architecture •Agile / enterprise environments Language requirement (mandatory): •German B2–C1 •English B2 Mile widziane: •Experience in Financial Services, Telco, or Healthcare •Architecture-level ServiceNow experience •CSDM governance exposure Zakres obowiązków: Responsibilities •Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow modules based on business requirements •Develop workflows, integrations, and custom applications using: •Flow Designer •Integration Hub •App Engine / Creator Workflows •Advise stakeholders on best practices and OOTB functionality •Translate German-language requirements into technical solutions •(Architect level) •Define platform architecture and technical roadmap •Ensure CMDB health and alignment with CSDM •Govern platform standards and scalability
