Tech Lead (Node.js / React)

Working as a Tech Lead, you will: • Lead and coordinate the work of multiple development teams across different projects and technology stacks • Act as a hands-on technical expert, contributing to development (primarily Node.js / React, with flexibility across other technologies) • Design, review, and consult on system architecture and technical solutions • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical implementations • Collaborate closely with developers, providing guidance on complex technical challenges and best practices • Build, grow, and structure engineering teams, including active participation in recruitment processes • Allocate and staff projects using both existing team members and new hires • Ensure alignment and consistency across projects in terms of technical standards and delivery quality • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders • Foster a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. Qualifications • 8+ years of professional experience in software development • Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role • Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React (experience with additional technologies is a plus) • Ability to operate across multiple technology stacks and adapt to different project needs • Experience in system design and software architecture • Strong understanding of modern development practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and scalability • Experience in team building, mentoring, and technical leadership • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills • English proficiency at C1 level  We offer • Rate up to 170,00 PLN/h + VAT • Remote work • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
