Codzienne zadania: - Represent the product team in scheduling releases to customers, including preparing release notes - Work with QA team to agree on testing scenarios for new feature releases and support testing - Extract and analyze data to understand feature performance and support backlog prioritization - Support key third-party relationships to enhance overall value delivered to customers - Coordinate and triage customer issues, ensuring actions are prioritized appropriately - Review, validate, and create clear and concise product documentation - Support product governance and wider risk assessment processes - Coordinate and complete regulatory conformance testing - Shadow Product Owners and Product Managers, including participating in customer research and product discovery processes
