AI Startup co-founder (CTO)

Nasze wymagania: Fluent English (C1/C2/native) Experience with LLMs, AI products, SaaS platforms, and modern web architecture will be highly valuable. We are open to candidates at different stages of their career - including students or first-time founders - but experience in one or more of the following areas would be valuable: Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience Experience building AI or SaaS products Ability to own the product technically from MVP to scalable platform Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a company O projekcie: A Kraków-based technology company is looking for two co-founders to take over and build a nearly finished AI recruiting product. Over the past years, we built a late-stage prototype / early MVP of an AI recruitment assistant designed to automate candidate pre-screening through CV analysis and AI-led interviews, easily adjustable to other business scenarios. The founding team is stepping away to focus on their core consulting business. Instead of shutting the project down, we want to hand it over to a new founding team of at least two people who want to turn it into a real startup. We are publishing two separate co-founder roles (Business/Growth and Technical/Product). Candidates can apply individually to either role. If you already have a potential co-founder in mind, we strongly encourage you to share the other role with them and apply together. However, this is not required — you can apply on your own. If we select two strong candidates who do not know each other yet, we will arrange time for you to meet, work together briefly, and decide whether the partnership feels right before any final commitment is made. The new founders will receive: - the existing product and source code - technical documentation - investor materials and financial projections - ongoing support during the transition We will keep 20% equity, while the new founders receive 80% equity and full operational control. The original founders will not provide additional financial investment into the new company, but will support the transition and knowledge transfer. The project will be moved to a new dedicated company once the founders are selected. The founders can be based anywhere in Poland (preferably in the same city). Current tech stack: React, Python, OAuth 2.0, OpenAI API. The product is close to being ready for first pilot customers, and discussions have already taken place with some companies interested in testing the solution. Co-Founder (CTO) We are looking for a technical co-founder who will take ownership of the product and technology. The core platform already exists and needs someone who can finish the MVP, improve the architecture, and scale it into a production product.
