Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania: Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code; Good command of any object-oriented or functional language (Java preferred but not required); BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or currently in the final years of studies; Experience across our tech stack: Java 17+, Spring ecosystem (Web, Security, Spring Boot), Hibernate/JPA, PostgreSQL, JSF (RichFaces with Mojarra), Aurora DB, Dynamo DB, Maven, Docker, AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), Angular 20+, Typescript, Python. O projekcie: Our Software Engineering team in Poland is a key part of Syncron’s global product organization, building and evolving cloud-based SaaS solutions used by leading manufacturers worldwide. Zakres obowiązków: Participate in the design and implementation of new features using modern software design patterns; Occasionally take part in the maintenance of an assigned part of the product; Provide full unit and integration test coverage, as well as analyze and solve customer-reported bugs; Work in a mixed team of junior and senior engineers under the guidance of an experienced technical lead; Cooperate with people in non-developer roles within your team, as well as in the broader company context (testers, data scientists, UX designers, product owners, customer support specialists, DevOps engineers, architects, technical writers); Participate in code reviews (as part of the internal CI pipeline) and occasionally in the internal analysis of incidents related to your work and/or your team’s work; Prepare appropriate documentation of implemented or changed functionalities in English, targeted at internal stakeholders; Learn and, most importantly, gain knowledge and experience in a real working environment.
