Full Stack Developer

O projekcie: Precapital is a family office based in Kraków, focused on real estate, automotive and renewable energy projects. We grow our business through a venture building process.  We are looking for a self-driven Full Stack Developer to form the design and development unit of an AI-powered sales platform. The product will combine CRM-like functionality, B2B marketplace features, and intelligent sales automation — serving both our internal team and external clients from our portfolio.  The platform will integrate with existing tools already in use at Precapital, so experience with third-party integrations and API-driven architecture is key.  Note on technology stack: We do not have a predefined tech stack. The final choices will be made together with the person we hire, based on their experience and the needs of the product. We care about pragmatic, scalable decisions — not a specific language or framework.  Why this role is unique:  - You are the architect — greenfield project, no legacy code. Wymagania: What we are looking for:  - Proven full stack experience — comfortable owning both frontend and backend, from UI to database. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. - Experience delivering products independently — you can take a rough idea to production without hand-holding. - Solid knowledge of modern web stack — React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, relational and document databases. - Hands-on experience with LLM/AI integration — OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases, or equivalent. - Experience integrating with third-party tools and APIs — CRM systems, automation platforms, webhooks, iPaaS (e.g. Make, Zapier). - Strong system design thinking — you plan for scale, maintainability, and future team onboarding from the start. - Good communication skills in English — written and spoken. - Product mindset — you care about outcomes, not just clean code. - Bonus: prior experience as a tech lead or in a solo-developer product role. Codzienne zadania: - Lead end-to-end design and development of the AI-powered sales platform. - Define the technical architecture, stack, and development standards — in collaboration with the founders. - Integrate AI and LLM capabilities: lead scoring, recommendations, automated communication, workflow logic. - Integrate and migrate data from existing tools already in use at Precapital. - Coordinate external agencies and freelancers contributing to the project. - Ensure code quality, security, and performance as the product and user base grow. - Gradually build and mentor an internal engineering team as the project scales.
