The role reports to a Development Manager within Cross Product Technology. You will take part in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing and production support. We do not operate in separate functional silos — ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions are core to how we work. Wymagania: Required Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on experience with React, Java and HTML - Solid software engineering background and analytical mindset - Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments - Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages - Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver end-to-end solutions - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Fluency in English - Knowledge of FX trading, sales or other banking products is a strong advantage Nice to Have - Experience with financial platforms or trading systems - Exposure to microservices-based architectures - Experience with PostgreSQL and Linux Codzienne zadania: - Design, develop and maintain web applications using React, Java and HTML - Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions - Work closely with Product Owners and engineers in cross-functional teams - Apply domain knowledge in FX and banking to deliver business-aligned features - Contribute to Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and planning sessions - Provide production support for owned services and components - Communicate effectively in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders
