💡 What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality applications from concept to deployment.
Frontend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build intuitive and engaging user experiences with a strong focus on usability and performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices.
Backend Development
• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs using Kotlin.
• Create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support business requirements.
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical design decisions.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers to deliver exceptional products.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence.
DevOps & Cloud-Native Engineering
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development and production environments.

✅ What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in Full Stack or Web Application Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Practical experience in backend development with Kotlin.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineer role, with a proven track record of mentoring developers, driving technical decisions, and leading project delivery.

Ability to coordinate development activities, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Nice to Have
• Experience leading distributed or global development teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
