At Beesafe, you'll build digital insurance products used daily by thousands of customers across Poland.
You'll work with modern technologies, cloud-native architecture, and experienced engineers who care about quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a role where you can grow technically while having a direct impact on products that matter.

What you'll be working on
You'll join a team responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of digital insurance solutions and customer-facing services.
Our products include:
- Health and wellbeing applications (web and mobile)- Digital insurance sales journeys- Customer self-service solutions (policy changes, data updates, cancellations)- Integrations with external partners and industry services- Security and compliance initiatives, including DORA-related solutions
Rather than being assigned to a single product, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple systems and business domains, gaining broad technical and business exposure.

Wymagania:
Must-have
- 3+ years of commercial experience in software development- Solid knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem- Experience designing and building REST APIs- Experience working with relational databases- Practical knowledge of Entity Framework or similar ORM frameworks- Good knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development- Experience working with TypeScript- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code- Experience working in Agile teams- Good communication and collaboration skills- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to have
- Experience with microservices architecture- Experience with event-driven systems and messaging platforms- Knowledge of RabbitMQ, MassTransit, Kafka, or similar technologies- Experience with Docker and containerized environments- Familiarity with Kubernetes- Understanding of distributed systems concepts- Experience building cloud-native applications- Experience in insurance, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript
- Implement business requirements in collaboration with analysts and product owners
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
- Build integrations with internal and external systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when needed
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and development practices
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders
