Full Stack Developer - Python / AI

O projekcie: Banacha Street builds horizontal web data automation solutions for market intelligence. We work with leading e-commerce companies as well as food delivery platforms and fast-food aggregators across Europe. We build solutions based on web data, analytics, and fast product delivery to address real business needs of large organizations. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the team developing our web application and co-create independent APIs delivering real-time and ad hoc analytics to clients. This role is for someone who is comfortable across both backend and frontend, can independently deliver end-to-end work, and thrives in an environment built around fast PoCs, iterative feedback, and close collaboration with internal teams. In some projects, we also work on solutions involving AI, LLM-based workflows, and automation of selected internal and product processes. We offer - PLN 130–150/hour - full-time B2B - hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - office located on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw - real impact on product development and architecture decisions - MacBook Pro provided for work Wymagania: Must have - 3+ years of experience in full stack or backend development, with good working knowledge of: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, React, Vite, Docker, and Azure - experience designing and implementing LLM-based workflows, including structured outputs, validation, guardrails, retry/fallback logic, and telemetry - ability to independently deliver end-to-end work and make sound technical decisions - ability to use AI tools effectively for implementation, debugging, refactoring, and fast iteration Nice to have - experience with Playwright or similar tools, web data automation - experience with Supabase and Stripe - understanding of product analytics and data-driven product development in a B2B environment Codzienne zadania: - development and maintenance of the web application end-to-end across backend and frontend - designing, implementing, and delivering new product features, from fast PoCs to production-ready solutions - co-creating services and APIs responsible for data delivery, integrations, and selected real-time logic components - developing features related to chat, conversational analytics, and areas powered by AI and LLM-based workflows - optimizing system performance, stability, and scalability, as well as improving the quality of critical backend and frontend paths - participating in technical decision-making, architecture development, and selection of solutions that support fast product iteration, including implementation of AI agents for internal teams such as sales and analytics
