Full-Stack Developer – TypeScript / React / Node.js

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join an international team working on a global internal platform supporting network planning and infrastructure development.
The project is currently undergoing a major transformation focused on automation, network design and integration of financial and operational processes.

🚀 What is the project about?
The goal is to connect the entire process:

Requirement → Network Design → Bill of Materials → Order → Delivery
The team is moving away from manual processes and Excel-based workflows towards an automated platform.
You'll work on:
• network planning and network design automation,
• automated workflows,
• Bill of Materials generation,
• financial process automation,
• integrations with other systems and teams,
• further development and transformation of the existing application.
This is an opportunity to have a real impact on how the product and processes work, not just on individual pieces of code.

You'll be a great fit if you:
• are very strong in TypeScript,
• have solid commercial experience with React and Node.js,
• can work comfortably across frontend and backend,
• can analyse problems independently,
• don't need perfectly defined requirements to get started,
• know how to find the information you need,
• communicate well with both developers and business stakeholders,
• can propose a solution and then implement it yourself,
• enjoy working in a small, international team.

Independence is key.
Your manager may give you a general problem and direction rather than a detailed ticket. Your responsibility will be to understand the problem, speak to the right people, gather requirements, design the approach and deliver the solution.

📋 Recruitment process
Just 2 online meetings:
1. Screening – 15–30 min
Conversation with the Hiring Manager about your experience and the project.
2. Technical Interview – ~60 min
Technical discussion + practical questions related to Full Stack, TypeScript, React and Node.js.
⚠️ No AI tools are allowed during the technical interview, including ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot.
