Full-Stack Developer with German (Python, Kotlin)

Nasze wymagania: At least 3 years of professional experience with JavaScript. At least 3 years of professional experience with Kotlin. At least 3 years of experience in Python web development. Demonstrated experience in software architecture; the candidate should be able to provide at least two references documenting relevant architecture work. German language proficiency at C1 level; English proficiency at B2 level. Practical experience with designing and automating test procedures and debugging in test phases. Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of larger software environments in corporate settings. Familiarity with working in agile Scrum teams and common collaboration tools (JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint, Wikis). Evaluation criteria (desirable): at least 3 years of experience with React and/or vue.js; experience with AI model training and testing for speech and language technology is advantageous. O projekcie: The organisation seeks a Full-Stack Developer to design, implement and maintain technical components for applications including DB Translation App, KITT EASY, KITT PRONOUNCE and KITT LEARN. The person in this role will develop frontend and backend solutions, support database and interface development, and contribute to the application of training and testing methods for discriminative and generative AI models in speech and language technology. Zakres obowiązków: Develop, customise and enhance full-stack components for listed applications, ensuring reliable frontend–backend integration. Implement and extend frontend components and integrate them with backend services and databases. Design, implement and maintain application interfaces, modules and database structures in accordance with DB development standards. Apply and develop training and testing methods for discriminative and generative AI models relevant to speech and language technology. Design, execute and automate test procedures; perform defect analysis and implement bug fixes during test phases. Install, configure and maintain larger software environments within a corporate IT landscape. Contribute to the evolution and optimisation of existing application and solution architectures. Create and maintain clear technical and system documentation for development and deployment activities. Prepare and package deliverables for application releases and deployments, ensuring deployment readiness. Collaborate effectively within an agile Scrum team using tools such as JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint and team Wikis.
