Join a newly established engineering team building a strategic telemetry and product analytics platform. The project aims to collect, analyze, and visualize product telemetry data from applications across a global organization, enabling teams to gain valuable insights into application performance, user behavior, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
As one of the first engineers in the team, you will have a real impact on the platform's architecture, technology choices, development practices, and overall direction.

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Experience building REST APIs / Web APIs
- Strong SQL skills and database design experience, preferably PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

- Experience with Go
- Frontend experience with React or Angular
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
- Experience supporting production systems
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI solutions, chatbots, or agentic AI approaches

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and APIs.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
- Analyze business requirements and propose technical improvements.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support products throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal customers.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
