Full Stack Development Lead (React & C# .NET Core)

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Development Lead to drive architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications in a capital markets environment. This role combines hands-on full stack development with technical leadership, solution architecture, and team management. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React and C# .NET Core, experience with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems, cloud), and strong domain knowledge in capital markets, particularly credit risk and market risk. Wymagania: - Extensive experience in software engineering with several years in a Lead / Architect role - Strong expertise in React and TypeScript - Strong expertise in C# .NET Core, APIs, microservices - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred or AWS) - Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices - Experience with Power BI and data modeling - Experience with Python for data processing is a plus - Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture - Strong SQL and database knowledge - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Experience in capital markets, especially credit risk and market risk - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Codzienne zadania: - Lead the design and development of full stack applications using React and C# .NET Core - Define and own system architecture, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams - Oversee development of data solutions and dashboards using Power BI - Contribute to Python-based data pipelines and analytics workflows - Drive best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, testing, and documentation - Collaborate with product, risk, and data teams to define technical solutions - Lead delivery planning, technical decision-making, and architecture governance - Support cloud transformation initiatives in Azure or AWS environments
