Senior PHP Full Stack Developer

Our partner is an international company providing
technology-enabled solutions across the global supply chain. As part of its
continued growth, the company is establishing a new engineering hub in Budapest
to strengthen its in-house software development capabilities.

They are now looking for a Senior PHP Full Stack Developer
to work on business-critical applications used across the organisation.

This is a genuine full stack position—not a backend-only PHP
role. You will contribute to both server-side development and user-facing
features, so hands-on experience with Vue.js or React is essential.

At present, the position is remote, but on the long run weekly 3 office days will be required.

Office location: Budapest

Wymagania:
- At
least 5 years of professional PHP development experience- A
minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Symfony- Practical
full stack development experience- Commercial
experience with Vue.js or React- Confident
JavaScript or TypeScript skills- Experience
with Doctrine ORM and PostgreSQL- Strong
REST API development and integration skills- Experience
working with existing or legacy applications- Familiarity
with automated testing and code-quality practices- Experience
with Docker-based development environments- Confident
English communication skills in an international working environment

Codzienne zadania:
- • Develop and enhance business applications across both the backend and frontend
- • Build backend services and integrations using modern PHP and Symfony
- • Create and improve user interfaces with Vue.js or React
- • Deliver new functionality while supporting and modernising existing applications
- • Analyse legacy code, refactor critical components and improve overall maintainability
- • Design, develop and document REST APIs
- • Connect applications with internal systems, third-party services, ERP platforms and data sources
- • Investigate production issues, performance bottlenecks and integration failures
- • Work with PostgreSQL databases, including query optimisation, migrations and large-volume data processing
- • Improve automated test coverage and contribute to reliable release processes
- • Participate in code reviews and help strengthen development standards
- • Cooperate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure and Database teams
- • Support technical investigations and root-cause analyses when complex production incidents occur
- • Document application behaviour, integrations and technical decisions
