Fullstack Developer (Java, Python)

Nasze wymagania:
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong grasp of SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, and BDD principles.
Proficiency in Java and Python.
Extensive experience with the Spring Framework.
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with event streaming technologies and microservices architecture.
Ability to mentor and collaborate with engineers on system design and solutions.
Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science is a plus.

Zakres obowiązków:
Collaborate within a cross-functional team of 4–6 members, working closely with a dedicated Product Owner (local or geographically dispersed).
Break down business requirements into iterative user stories and deliver them to production.
Provide product support as part of the team’s ownership ("the team builds it, the team supports it").
Identify and address technical debt, balancing it with new feature development.
Design solutions for new requirements, ensuring alignment with technology guidelines and constraints.
Engage in pair programming and knowledge-sharing with team members.
