Wymagania: Experience Level: - 10+ years of experience   - Must be able to work independently and deliver quickly  - Must be able to independently handle the clients finance module  Technical Skills Required: - Java Spring Boot (including microservices architecture)  - React.js (front-end development)  - Strong understanding of full stack development principles   - Experience with REST APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-ready applications   - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus  Soft Skills: - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Codzienne zadania: - Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of enterprise applications  - Work on urgent deliverables for Phase 1 and potentially Phase 2  - Collaborate with internal teams  - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions within tight timelines
