Integration: Orchestrate the integration of complex legacy systems with modern cloud-native services. Implementation: Define the coding standards and patterns that all teams must follow. Quality: Set the bar for code quality and security across multiple development squads. Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team technical workshops to align on shared dependencies. Operations: Lead the response to major incidents and define stability patterns like circuit breakers. Documentation: Create high-level system maps and data flow documentation for auditors.
