Are you passionate about building scalable solutions and seamless data integration? We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Collaboration Hub team, where you will help develop and maintain the Atlassian Data-Replica platform for one of the world’s leading financial institutions.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain backend services enabling reliable data integration and synchronization between Atlassian platforms and HSBC systems. You will work on robust ETL workflows, PostgreSQL database management, and scaling solutions in a microservices-based architecture. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise productivity by building high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

Wymagania:
- Strong technical experience:

- 5+ years in Java development (preferably with Spring Framework).
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: API development, PostgreSQL database management, ETL workflows, React.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2+).

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins).
- Background in Linux/AIX/WAS system administration.

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design, build, and operate backend services for data integration and replication.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ETL workflows and APIs to ensure reliable data synchronization.
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Deliver new features and solutions while maintaining high standards of maintainability and security.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective operational support.
- Contribute to an Agile CI/CD environment, ensuring frequent high-quality releases.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
