Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: About the Role We are building an AI-powered financial SaaS platform with active users. You will work directly with the founder to improve product stability, implement new features, and help scale the system. This is a high-impact execution role in a small, focused team. We value autonomy, clean code, and pragmatic problem solving. You will have real ownership of features and the opportunity to improve an AI-native system that is already in production. We Offer - Real product with active users (not a prototype) - Direct collaboration with founder - High impact on product decisions - AI-first engineering workflow - Flexible remote setup - Long-term B2B cooperation - Paid technical task as part of recruitment process Wymagania: - 3–5+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer - Strong experience with React and Next.js - Experience with Node.js (backend development) - Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) - Experience working on production SaaS applications - Ability to take ownership of features from idea to production - Comfortable debugging real production issues - Ability to understand and improve existing production systems - Strong Git workflow and clean code practices - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Comfortable working in AI-augmented environments (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) Codzienne zadania: - Fix production bugs and improve system reliability - Implement new product features end-to-end (frontend + backend) - Improve and refactor existing codebase - Help standardize templates and workflows - Collaborate directly with founder on product improvements - Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code - Contribute to improving release and development processes
