Fullstack / Integration Engineer

O projekcie: Fullstack / Integration Engineer We are looking for an experienced engineer to support the development and evolution of internal platforms and integrations across key business areas such as HR, recruitment, and corporate operations. This role combines application development, systems integration, and platform improvement initiatives. Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience in software development and system integrations - Proficiency in at least one backend language - Java or Python - Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS or frameworks) - Experience building and maintaining web applications (internal and/or external) - Strong knowledge of API design and integration with third-party services - Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases - Experience with version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices - Ability to troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues effectively - Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders 🔹 Nice to have - Experience working with HR or recruitment systems and related SaaS platforms - Exposure to platform modernization or system transformation initiatives Codzienne zadania: - Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and external SaaS solutions - Develop and enhance internal applications and corporate-facing web platforms - Design APIs and data flows connecting various enterprise systems (HR, finance, recruitment) - Improve existing platforms in terms of performance, scalability, and maintainability - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions - Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices - Support and optimize deployment processes and development workflows - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards - Share knowledge within the team and support less experienced colleagues
