Guidewire Developer

We’re looking for an Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia.You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role - mentoring mid-level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes. Requirements: • Min 4+ years of experience as a software Guidewire Developer • Commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, or Integrations • Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire • Knowledge of PostgreSQL • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows • Fluent English – essential for working in international teams • Openness to occasional travel • Availability to work full-time Responsibilities: • Implement and configure Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter, BillingCenter or Integrations) • Review and write code (Java/Guidewire), ensure test coverage and code quality. • Integrate Guidewire with external systems • Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices • Support recruitment efforts for technical team members • Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter) What we offer: • Long-term B2B cooperation • Fully remote work • Opportunity to work on a high-impact, international project • Technical ownership and influence over team processes and solutions • Recruitment process: HR Interview – 20 minutes Technical Interview – 30 minutes Client Interview (Final) – 1 hour
