IBM BPM Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as IBM BPM / IBM BAW Engineer or BPM Developer / BPM Engineer. Practical experience in designing an in d implementing business processes on IBM BPM / BAW platform (BPDs, human services, integration services, process design, workflows). Experience in integration with external systems — REST and/or SOAP web services (JSON/XML), handling external API calls. Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries. Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git), basic dev tools, and optionally CI/CD — beneficial. Ability to document technical designs and process flows, and to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Good communication skills, team-oriented mindset, proactivity and willingness to learn and grow. Mile widziane: Strong knowledge of BPMN (modeling of processes), plus familiarity with UI/workflow components (Coach Views / Human Services) is a plus. Proficiency in JavaScript (for BPM UI / workflow customization) and/or Java (backend or process integration) is preferred.
