JAVA Developer (F/M/X)

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:  
• Contribute to the development and improvement of business applications, mainly using Java,
• Experience with React,
• Understanding of relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle,
• Work with the team to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions,
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand needs and support implementation,
• Take part in the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, maintenance and support,
• Help investigate and resolve application issues,
• Participate in technical discussions and share your ideas with the team,
• Help improve development practices, tools and delivery processes,
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, responsibly,
• Collaborate and share knowledge with an international team.
Requirements:  
• Understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming,
• Practical experience building applications,
• Good spoken and written English, enabling you to actively participate in the team’s day-to-day work,
• Experience using AI tools to support software development, while critically evaluating their output,
• A proactive and open communication style: asking questions, sharing ideas and contributing to discussions,
• Good organization, responsibility for your work and openness to feedback,
• A willingness to learn and grow while working on real applications.
 An additional advantage would be knowledge of:  
• Python
• Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
