O projekcie:
Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer (Java, React) for a contract till the end of December 2025, with the potential for extension.
Wymagania:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java and a strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Solid experience with React.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful web services using frameworks like Spring Boot or Dropwizard.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience working with both relational and columnar SQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale platforms.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving data-intensive challenges.
- Prior involvement in software modernization or digital transformation projects.

- Partner closely with global Finance teams to drive digital transformation through modern, scalable software solutions.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Drive automation and system modernization efforts across a large-scale financial systems landscape.
- Solve complex challenges involving data quality, warehousing, analytics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows and business requirements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where relevant to enhance system performance and reliability.
