Codzienne zadania: - Deliver application enhancements and ongoing support within a global engineering team. - Partner with business stakeholders to plan and meet delivery milestones. - Resolve critical incidents promptly, ensuring service continuity. - Manage end-to-end production support activities (requests, tickets, ad-hoc queries). - Diagnose and resolve technical issues for optimal usability. - Maintain documentation, technical guidelines, and process artefacts. - Contribute across multiple streams (DevOps, BA, testing) in an Agile environment.
