JavaScript Developer

We're expanding our team in Łódź and looking for a JavaScript / TypeScript Developer who is passionate about building modern web applications and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. What You'll Do
• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript and React
• Build reusable, scalable and maintainable frontend components and application modules
• Develop business logic that goes beyond the UI layer and contributes to the core functionality of the product
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and real-time services such as WebSockets
• Maintain and improve existing solutions through debugging, refactoring and performance optimization
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA and other development teams in an Agile environment
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Communicate daily in English with colleagues across international teams

What We're Looking For
• At least 5 years of commercial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS/SCSS
• Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts and the ability to work confidently outside of framework-specific solutions
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and/or WebSocket-based services
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and writing clean, maintainable code
• Experience with Git and unit testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Availability to work from our Łódź office at least one day per week

Nice to Have
• Experience with SQL and data-driven applications
• Experience with modern frontend architecture patterns
• Knowledge of application performance optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
