Lead CIAM (Golang) Developer

O projekcie: Our partner is a leading technology and engineering services organization supporting large‑scale enterprise digital transformation across Europe. We are looking for a Lead CIAM Developer (Golang) to join an exciting  telecommunications project. Wymagania: What You Need to Succeed - 8–10 years of professional experience - Deep proficiency in Golang - Experience implementing and maintaining IAM platforms - Strong understanding of modern authentication/authorization: OAuth2.0, JWT, OIDC, SAML - Backend development experience with Golang and Java (Spring Boot) - Hands‑on experience with IAM providers (e.g., BankID, Microsoft Entra External ID) - Strong debugging capabilities (DevTools, network inspection, Postman) - Knowledge of React and secure front‑end state/token management - Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle or directory services (LDAP/SCIM) - Docker/Kubernetes familiarity - Nice to have: Telecom domain knowledge Codzienne zadania: - Designing and developing secure, scalable Identity & Access Management core services for internal and federated users - Building RESTful APIs and contributing to an event‑driven architecture - Making architectural decisions that impact long‑term scalability and maintainability - Identifying technical debt and driving refactoring initiatives - Acting as a go‑to expert for complex IAM platform issues - Supporting developers, QA, and technical support teams - Mentoring junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
