We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical direction of a modern web platform. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring, helping to build scalable, high-quality solutions while promoting engineering best practices.
Wymagania:
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack web development.- Strong expertise in Nest.js (Node.js), React, and Next.js.- Proven experience designing scalable architectures and making technical decisions.- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.- Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering best practices.- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.- Fluent English.
