Zakres obowiązków: Design and develop modern web applications using frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend technologies (Ruby/Rails) Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs supporting customer-facing applications Develop end-to-end, full-stack solutions with a strong focus on user experience Understand customer needs and translate them into valuable product features, going beyond simply implementing requirements Proactively suggest improvements, technical solutions, and optimizations to existing features and processes Take ownership of delivered solutions across the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment and maintenance Write high-quality, clean, and well-tested code Independently solve technical problems and make sound engineering decisions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders Continuously learn and deeply understand the product to better align solutions with user needs Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards within the team
