Lead/Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

O projekcie: We're looking for a Senior with 10+ years of experience with a strong knowledge of both Ruby on Rails and React. Wymagania: - Strong product thinking and customer empathy: ability to understand customer needs, question requirements, and build features that deliver value rather than just implement designs - Demonstrated technical initiative: track record of improving requirements, proposing solutions, and taking ownership of outcomes rather than just completing tasks - Strong experience in modern web development with React and TypeScript - Experience building backend services and APIs - Ruby/Rails - Demonstrated ability to build full-stack customer-facing web applications - Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset - Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code independently - Willingness to deeply learn and use Client's product to understand customer experience - Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Codzienne zadania: - Design and develop modern web applications using frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend technologies (Ruby/Rails) - Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs supporting customer-facing applications - Develop end-to-end, full-stack solutions with a strong focus on user experience - Understand customer needs and translate them into valuable product features, going beyond simply implementing requirements - Proactively suggest improvements, technical solutions, and optimizations to existing features and processes - Take ownership of delivered solutions across the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment and maintenance - Write high-quality, clean, and well-tested code - Independently solve technical problems and make sound engineering decisions - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders - Continuously learn and deeply understand the product to better align solutions with user needs - Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards within the team
