7+ years of hard-core software engineering experience
Absolute expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React
Proven experience in people management, including 1:1s, performance management, feedback, and career development.
Strong experience in mentoring and developing engineers.
Strong understanding of software architecture and architectural patterns, with the ability to establish and enforce engineering standards.
Experience translating business and client requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with business-oriented and client-facing roles.
Ability to balance technical, business, and customer needs when making engineering decisions.
Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and mentor engineers within the POD, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Establish and enforce architectural patterns, engineering standards, and best practices.
Work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineer to translate client needs and business requirements into scalable software solutions.
Help the team break down complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Take part in client-facing discussions and contribute to shaping technical solutions based on customer needs.
Manage engineers directly, including regular 1:1s, feedback, performance management, and career development.
Drive technical decision-making within the POD while balancing business and customer requirements.
