Lead Software Engineer

Nasze wymagania: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering. 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred). Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot. Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle preferred). Solid understanding of RESTful microservices and APIs. Experience in DevOps delivery teams is a plus. Familiarity with JavaScript, React, and HTTP web technologies. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Git. Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken). O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our client’s EMEA IT Payments team and take a leading role in developing and maintaining the Global Disbursements Platform — a solution that enables customers and clients to move funds quickly and securely across the globe. This platform supports payments to suppliers, salary credits, tax payments, and transfers via multiple channels. As a POD Lead, you will provide technical leadership, mentor your team, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions aligned with modern DevOps practices. Zakres obowiązków: Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality solutions. Build and support services, microservices, and applications (back-end & front-end) using Java 11/17/21, ReactJS, and other modern technologies. Drive migration from mainframe and IBM WebSphere to modern architectures using APIs and microservices. Implement automation testing frameworks to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Enhance Straight-Through-Processing (STP) capabilities of services. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
