Nasze wymagania: Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Experience working with Microsoft 365 services Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Structured and solution-oriented way of working Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Fluent English (spoken and written) Mile widziane: Experience with AI solutions or intelligent automation Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, APIs, scripting) Experience working in international environments O projekcie: We are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to join our BA Digital IT Team at Saferoad Restraint Systems. In this role you will design and build modern business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your work will directly support our digital transformation by improving workflows, reducing manual processes, and enabling smarter collaboration across our international organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the BA Digital IT team to turn operational needs into scalable digital solutions. Zakres obowiązków: Build business applications • Design and develop applications using PowerApps • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate • Create user-friendly digital solutions that simplify business processes • Maintain and improve existing applications and automations Enable digital workflows • Work with departments to identify automation opportunities • Digitize processes using Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse • Integrate different Microsoft services to create seamless workflows • Support adoption of digital tools across the organization Drive innovation • Explore and implement AI-powered features within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Copilot, AI Builder, Azure AI) • Experiment with intelligent automation and multi-agent workflows • Contribute to the digital roadmap of the BA Digital IT team • Promote modern digital tools and automation culture across Saferoad Oferujemy: A stable and international company environment Hybrid work model with flexible working hours Nordic work culture focusing on collaboration and work-life balance Opportunities for professional development and training Competitive salary and benefits package Modern technologies and opportunities to work with AI and automation
