So in general: we have fun combined with a lot of sanity.  About project:  We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer with an AI mindset to join our long-term client from Germany. Financial industry company that supports banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions by delivering data and insights they need to make better investment decisions. Wymagania: Must-have skills - 4+ years in Python + Django (ORM, admin, Celery task orchestration, Redis-backed queues). - Proven experience developing REST APIs - Modern front-end expertise: React 18, Next.js fundamentals, Tailwind CSS, component-driven architecture. - Experience designing background processors, batching strategies, and task monitoring dashboards. - Hands-on exposure to LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI or similar) and structured prompt/response validation. - Experience working with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot). and integrating them into daily workflow. - Comfortable with Webpack/Babel pipelines, REST integrations, and secured API consumption. - Solid SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge. - Practical Docker familiarity. Nice-to-have - Experience building AI evaluation/feedback loops or accuracy scoring services. - Knowledge of FastAPI, or other Python microservices for auxiliary tooling. - Understanding of CI/CD guards, Celery autoscaling, and observability stacks (Sentry, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). - Familiarity with feature flagging, React Server Components, and design tokens for Tailwind. Codzienne zadania: - Design Django REST endpoints and admin workflows that trigger Celery tasks for long-running parsing, ingestion, and accuracy scoring. - Maintain and extend document/AI pipelines (OpenAI, in-house accuracy models) with robust monitoring, retries, and guardrails. - Ship Next.js and Tailwind-based design systems web apps. - Own database schemas, migrations, and performance tuning for PostgreSQL-heavy workloads. - Automate tests (pytest, React Testing Library) and keep Docker-based dev/staging environments healthy.
