Node.js Engineer

Node.js Engineer | B2B Contract | Poland (Remote) Smart Topaz is partnering with an international technology company developing advanced solutions.We are looking for a Node.js Engineer who will work on a project in which we deliver the API layer of the IoT stack. The person in this position will be responsible for developing backend applications using TypeScript (Node.js).  What we’re looking for • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and solid practical experience with Node.js  • Good working knowledge of NestJS, ExpressJS, or other similar frameworks  • Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs  • Practical experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases  • Hands-on experience with Docker in a development environment  • Advanced Git skills  • Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ  • Knowledge of WebSockets  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Pactum, or similar)  • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems  • Fluent English Practical details • Contract type: B2B contract • Engagement: Full-time • Work model: Remote • Project length: 6 months with possibility of extension • Start date: Flexible
