Ruby on Rails Fullstack Developer

We’re looking for a mid/senior Ruby on Rails Developer for a long-term collaboration who’ll help us build new products and improve our existing ones (CMS, Stock Management System - both are mature and well-maintained).

- Integrate with external providers (APIs)
- Implement simple frontend where needed
- Vibe-code some prototypes using technologies you might not be an expert in - but still enjoy exploring

What we're looking for:
• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Ruby on Rails
• We are looking for someone with mid-level experience or higher
• Communicative proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum of B2 level

• Any experience in implementing MCP servers

• Experience in using front-end components frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Bulma, etc.
• Kubernetes
• Understanding of OAuth2
• OpenAPI
• Experience in integrating with AI solutions provider, such as OpenAI, Elevenlabs etc. via their APIs

What you'll be responsible for:
• Implementing new features (in new projects developed from scratch but also in existing projects - all of them are developed by us)
• Refactoring and optimizing existing code
• Having an impact on the tech stack (we’re open to introducing new technologies when it makes sense)
• Contributing to product development (we welcome ideas for improving our products)
• Performing code reviews
