Opis stanowiska
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Product Department - the ~20-person crew behind SolDevelo's apps for the Atlassian Marketplace and monday.com Marketplace. Think Worklogs, QAlity, and Checklists: tools relied on by everyone from small teams to huge, well-known corporations to run their Jira workflows. We build what our users actually ask for - closely listening to their feedback and shipping the features that matter to them, so what you build gets used, fast.
You'll join one of our two Scrum teams (each with 3-4 developers, a tester, a product owner, and a UI/UX specialist), each owning a set of products. You'll also lend your frontend expertise across teams when they need it - this is a role for someone who's happy being the frontend go-to person, not just a team member.
About SolDevelo
SolDevelo has been building software for 15+ years. We're an Atlassian Gold Marketplace Partner, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and have a team of around 60 people company-wide. In our Product Department, we keep things lean and direct: small teams, direct customer feedback, and short paths from idea to production.
Tech Stack & Tools
- Frontend: React 16+, TypeScript, Webpack
- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright
- CI/CD: Bitbucket Pipelines
- AI tooling: Rovo Dev, Claude, Gemini
- Methodology: Agile / Scrum
Responsibilities
- Design and build user-facing features, with a strong emphasis on getting the underlying architecture right.
- Pair with other team members to deliver end-to-end features.
- Engage with design and product early, helping shape and influence business decisions before implementation even starts.
- Review code of other engineers and help elevate the developers around you, not just the code itself.
- Advocate for decisions that hold up at scale and stand the test of time, and speak up when they don't.
- Set and enforce frontend code quality standards across the team.
- Work across your team's products portfolio and jump in cross-team when another squad needs frontend expertise.
- Help our service desk team dig into trickier customer-reported issues.
Must-have
- A minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
- A proven track record designing and implementing frontend architecture for web applications.
- Strong skills in testing frontend applications.
- Solid tech debt management skills - identifying and prioritizing it; designing refactor plans.
- Comfortable working async with a distributed team.
- Willingness to mentor and support the growth of others.
- Strong knowledge of application security practices (e.g. OWASP Top 10) and the ability to define, implement, and monitor a security strategy in collaboration with DevOps and QA.
- Ability to estimate complex projects end-to-end, coordinate the estimation process for the team, and account for uncertainty and risk in requirements.
- Excellent command of Polish (C1 or higher).
- Excellent command of English (C1 or higher).
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem or background in building on Atlassian Forge, Connect, or another third-party app platform (Shopify, Salesforce, etc.).
- A history of mentoring other engineers.
- Good UI taste with attention to detail - comfortable pushing back on proposed designs and offering alternatives.
- Exposure to AI and agentic workflows.
Benefits
- Fully remote work - we don't do "remote but come to the office on Tuesdays".
- Flexible working hours, with core hours 10 AM - 3 PM (CEST).
- 12,000 PLN yearly budget for certificates and training.
- Dedicated time set aside each month for learning, on top of the training budget.
- Company and team integration events.
- MultiSport card.
- Amazon Kindle and 150 PLN quarterly for e-books.
- 150 PLN quarterly for cultural & sports activities.
- Private medical care.
Recruitment Process
- Initial Application: Submit your application through our online form.
- Screening: Our recruitment team will review your application to ensure you meet the basic requirements.
- Telephone Interview: A preliminary conversation to discuss your experience and suitability for the position.
- Preliminary Acceptance: If successful, you will move forward to the technical verification stage.
- Technical Verification (1-2h): An in-depth assessment of your technical skills and knowledge.
- Meet the Team: A 30-minute call with the team.
- Offer: If successful, you will receive a formal job offer.
