Opis stanowiska

O projekcie:
About the role
We are not building a single product. We are building one platform that runs a hotel's entire guest technology, Wi-Fi, interactive TV with casting, digital signage and wireless presentations, all from one system. Most hotels use up to five separate vendors for this. We do it as one team, from one place. That is something few on the market can do, and it is the core of why hotels want us.

And we are not standing still. The platform keeps growing, new services and features are added, and you will be one of the key people deciding how it is built. This is not maintaining a finished system. It is building something that runs in real hotels and gains new capabilities year after year.

We are looking for a senior who wants to own large parts of the system, solve hard problems across data, architecture and security, and raise the bar for how the whole thing is built. There are real guests on the other end, where an outage or a bug shows immediately, so it matters that things are built properly.
Daily tasks
- Own significant parts of the platform, from design to deployment into real hotels, and help decide how it expands with new services and features.
- Solve hard problems across the whole stack (data layer, integration, architecture, security), not just one isolated layer.
- Hold a high security and quality standard across the code: proper authentication, safe handling of secrets, input validation, audit logs, review before anything ships.
- Help shape how the team builds: the review process, standards, architectural decisions.
- Share knowledge across the team and document so that how the system works is not hidden in one head.
Compensation
Compensation: base 4,500 EUR + performance bonus up to 1,000 EUR per month on agreed criteria (up to 5,500 EUR per month in total).
Must have
- 7+ years of professional development, including 4+ years with .NET / C# in production
- Experience with Blazor, or strong experience with modern SPAs and willingness to work in Blazor and MudBlazor
- Azure: App Services, SQL, storage, monitoring, deployment pipelines
- SQL Server: schema design, query optimisation, migrations
- Secure development as a habit, not an afterthought: practical knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, token-based authentication, secrets management, input validation, audit logs
- Experience introducing or owning security practice in a team: review gates, least-privilege access, secure CI/CD, healthy dependencies
- Independence and direct communication: you work from a backlog, keep to weekly check-points, and flag in good time when something is not going to plan
- Professional-level English
Nice to have
- Vue 3 and TypeScript (our guest app and TV interface run on Vue, so someone who knows both Blazor and Vue fits us especially well)
- Networking basics: TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, captive portal
- Experience with MikroTik RouterOS
- Linux server administration
- Android / Android TV development
- Experience from 24/7 operations (hospitality, telco, internet, healthcare)

You do not need security certificates, deep network engineering or hospitality experience. We value good judgement and clean engineering over paperwork, and the hotel side you will pick up quickly.
How we work
- Fully remote, with occasional travel to Bali or Singapore.
- Honest, direct communication. We handle technical questions with facts and calmly, and we welcome well-reasoned disagreement.
- Small team, real responsibility, fast feedback.
- A modern stack and a product with a clear market and room to grow.
Hiring process- First conversation with the founder.
- A short practical task where we see how you think and work. You may use the tools you normally work with.
- Technical conversation with our senior developer.
- References.
- Offer.
