We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end across web and mobile in a modern Nx monorepo. You’ll build NestJS services and deliver product experiences in Next.js/React and React Native, while also providing technical leadership through architecture, mentoring, and delivery ownership. Wymagania: - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems. - Strong TypeScript proficiency and hands-on experience delivering Node.js backends (ideally NestJS) plus modern UIs with React (ideally Next.js) and React Native. - Practical experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM tooling (e.g., Prisma/TypeORM). - Understanding of distributed systems concerns: caching (Redis), background processing/queues, message-based integration. - Experience with CI/CD and containerized deployments; comfort working in cloud environments (Azure is a strong plus). - Experience mentoring and supporting teammates (pairing, coaching, thoughtful code reviews, helping unblock others). - Clear communication and ownership mindset; you can lead a solution, not just implement tickets. Nice to have (big plus) - Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tooling (Copilot/ChatGPT/Cursor), prompt-to-code workflows, automated testing helpers. - Observability experience (tracing/metrics/logging) and performance tuning in production. - Experience with Kubernetes and Helm (deployments, configs, runtime troubleshooting). Our tech stack (high level) - Nx monorepo, TypeScript - NestJS backend (queues/jobs, microservices patterns) - Next.js + React (web), React Native (mobile) - PostgreSQL, Redis, event/stream tooling - Azure, Docker, GitHub Actions, AKS/Helm, Terraform Codzienne zadania: - Design, build, and ship high-quality, scalable product features across backend, web, and mobile (React Native). - Lead technical design for complex initiatives: API design, data modeling, async workflows, and service boundaries. - Build and maintain NestJS backends (REST APIs, background jobs/queues, event-driven flows). - Develop modern user experiences on Next.js + React and React Native (performance, accessibility, reusable components). - Drive engineering excellence: code reviews, testing strategy, refactoring, and pragmatic architecture decisions. - Mentor engineers, unblock the team, and set standards for maintainability, observability, and reliability. - Collaborate with Product/Design and stakeholders to shape delivery plans and trade-offs.
