Nasze wymagania: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Leadership mindset with strong ethics, collaboration, and innovation orientation Expert experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture Strong backend development experience in Python (APIs, microservices, FastAPI/Flask/Django) Experience with automated testing and Python performance best practices Solid experience with GCP, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows Experience building event‑driven systems with Kafka Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and automated testing Familiarity with Sentry, Elastic Stack, and GCP Cloud Logging Ability to lead technical discussions and document decisions clearly Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability principles High ownership, initiative, and strategic thinking Excellent communication and leadership skills Adaptability, resilience, and commitment to mentoring Ability to inspire and influence others with a long‑term vision Fluency in Polish and English Zakres obowiązków: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of fullstack applications Own the entire application lifecycle from architecture to deployment and monitoring Drive frontend development with Next.js and TypeScript, focusing on performance and UX Build and maintain backend services and microservices in Python Implement high‑quality RESTful APIs Integrate and operate GCP services and manage infrastructure with Terraform Design and support event‑driven systems with Kafka Ensure robust, automated, and secure CI/CD pipelines Guide architectural decisions and maintain technical consistency Mentor team members and perform code reviews Champion best practices in testing, security, and scalability Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and planning Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs Stay up to date with modern technologies and industry trends Oferujemy: Development in an international company that is shaping the face of the energy market.
