Right now, we’re teaming up with a top U.S. insurance company to shape the future of their analytics and pricing platforms. Our cross-functional team is building solutions that turn complex data into smarter business decisions – helping redefine how the insurance industry works. Wymagania: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Java (Spring) and React development - Solid understanding of AWS, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines - An analytical mind and a solutions‑oriented attitude - A good understanding of security best practices, authentication mechanisms, encryption, secure coding practices, and strong respect for quality - Fluent English (B2+/C1) and confidence to work in an international setup Codzienne zadania: - Design and develop cloud‑native application with Java and React on AWS - Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and keep everything clean, secure, and automated - Champion security best practices: encryption, authentication, and secure coding - Work closely with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to handle complex data - Research, recommend, and integrate solutions that make architecture and delivery faster and better - Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices - Be part of an Agile team that values teamwork, feedback, and continuous improvement - Collaborate with international partners and enjoy flexibility (occasional 11:00–19:00 hours to sync across time zones)
