Senior Fullstack Engineer

O projekcie: MILO is a privately owned company which has been founded in 2010 and since then completely focused on developing innovative cross-platform desktop, mobile and web applications. We started as a group of highly qualified software engineers, developing desktop and embedded applications using Qt framework. Currently we are also supporting Mobile iOS/Android and Django web application development. Wymagania: Position competencies: - English proficiency: B2 level or higher- Experience: 5+ years in commercial web development- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python/Django - 4+ years of experience with React.js - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript - Solid experience with HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, and responsive web development - Experience with building SPAs, SSR applications, and working with APIs - Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management (Redux.js) - Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Gatsby, and jQuery - Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Express.js, and Next.js - Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI - Proficiency in tools like Webpack - Experience with CMS solutions, especially Payload CMS - Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) - Proficiency in version control systems (Git) - Ability to write unit tests for web applications - Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently - Ability to take ownership of work and meet deadlines Nice to have: - Experience with Django e-commerce frameworks (e.g., Oscar) and CMS frameworks (e.g., Wagtail, Django-CMS, Mezzanine)- Basic knowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2)- Experience with Elasticsearch- Understanding of Scrum methodology Codzienne zadania: - Develop scalable web applications using Django, React.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks - Prepare system architecture based on client specifications - Build and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL integrations - Build Single Page Applications (SPA) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) applications from scratch - Collaborate on frontend and backend solutions using React, Next.js, Node.js, and FastAPI - Participate in English-speaking project meetings and handle written communications in English - Write clean, modern code with a focus on quality and performance - Implement software features independently, including unit tests and documentation - Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers to ensure tasks meet all requirements - Delivering high-quality code with attention to detail - Accurate time estimation for task completion - Mentoring and guiding less experienced developers - Actively contributing to team success through collaboration and code reviews - Continuously improving skills and knowledge through training
