We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong architectural expertise to support the evolution of enterprise financial management platform. In this role, you will actively contribute to architectural decisions, application modernization initiatives, front-end technology standards, and AI-driven engineering practices. Working closely with architects, engineering managers, product teams, and developers, you will help shape the future technical direction of a large-scale enterprise solution while ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, maintainability, and developer productivity.

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java/Jakarta EE- Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership- Strong experience with React and TypeScript- Experience designing scalable and maintainable applications- Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based architectures- Experience with Azure, CI/CD and DevOps practices- Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices- Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)- Kubernetes experience- Experience modernizing legacy or monolithic applications- Experience with ERP, financial or enterprise software products- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools- Experience with AI services, integrations or developer platforms- Knowledge of C or C-based technologies- Experience working in international distributed teamsNice to have:- Kubernetes experience- Experience modernizing legacy or monolithic applications- Experience with ERP, financial or enterprise software products- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools- Experience with AI services, integrations or developer platforms- Knowledge of C or C-based technologies- Experience working in international distributed teams

Codzienne zadania:
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the platform architecture and technical strategy
- Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance across multiple engineering teams
- Review solution designs and implementations to ensure architectural consistency and quality
- Identify technical debt and support long-term modernization initiatives
- Lead front-end engineering standards using React and TypeScript
- Define reusable UI patterns, component strategies, and development best practices
- Support the modernization of existing applications towards modular and cloud-native architectures
- Contribute to containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes
- Champion AI-assisted software development practices and developer productivity improvements
- Support the implementation of AI-related services, integrations, and engineering workflows
- Promote engineering excellence through automation, quality standards, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Mentor engineers, supporting their technical growth and development
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Participate in technical interviews and recruitment activities
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability within the product ecosystem
