We are part of a major initiative to build a brand-new Collateral platform based on microservices architecture and leveraging modern open-source technologies. Our technology solutions support Global Banking & Markets operations on a worldwide scale, delivering mission-critical platforms for collateral and margining across thousands of clients.
This is a multi-year transformation project from a monolithic system to a new microservices-based environment, with strong emphasis on Agile ways of working, DevOps practices, AI-assisted coding, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.
As a Senior Full Stack Java Developer, you will play a key role in both developing and maintaining services that power our collateral functions globally.

Wymagania:
Must-have:

- 8+ years of experience developing applications with Java (Java 17/21, Spring Boot).
- Proven track record in designing and building microservices.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and DevSecOps pipelines configuration.
- At least 3 years working in Agile and/or DevOps environments.
- Hands-on experience with TDD (JUnit, Cucumber) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset.
- Experience with large-scale end-to-end software projects.

Nice-to-have:

- Knowledge of Spring Cloud components (Hystrix, Eureka, Zuul, etc.).
- Experience with TypeScript, Angular 17, HTML5.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Automated deployment tools (Ansible).
- Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Messaging systems (MQ, Solace) and distributed cache solutions.

Codzienne zadania:
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, efficient Java-based code.
- Contribute to building new microservices and expanding the Collateral platform.
- Adopt and champion DevOps and Agile best practices (TDD, CI/CD pipelines).
- Create automated tests (unit, integration) and ensure quality across all stages.
- Support platform operations: incident handling, monitoring, and problem resolution.
- Mentor junior developers and lead by example.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
