Opis stanowiska
Wymagania:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly Customer Service Management
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of business process modelling and solution design principles
- Proven capability to lead development activities and coordinate technical delivery
- Good understanding of system integrations and ServiceNow platform development
- Familiarity with code review practices and technical governance standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams

Zakres obowiązków:
- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions
- Coordinate development activities and ensure technical quality across the delivery team
- Support solution implementation, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting delivery planning
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders
- Support backlog refinement and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices
- Ensure alignment with technical standards, governance, and project objectives
