Senior Product Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Experience taking prototypes or POCs into production-grade systems Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js or other modern programming "ecosystems" Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, JSONB, migrations, indexing strategy, and data integrity Experience with cloud PaaS deployments and CI/CD, especially GitHub Actions Practical experience with observability: structured logs, performance monitoring, error alerting, and production troubleshooting Experience integrating third-party APIs, or other data sources Good judgment when making technical decisions, especially around stack choices, refactoring, and maintainability Comfort working without a dedicated platform team Productive use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar A spec-driven mindset: you think, write, clarify, and then code O projekcie: MOTIFE is a Krakow-based consulting company that helps international enterprises build, grow, and run their IT hubs Poland. We are now looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join us in Krakow and take ownership of a portfolio of internal products in the HR and data analysis space. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys turning promising ideas into reliable tools that people actually use every day. You will work closely with internal teams, understand their needs, and build products that make our work smarter, faster, and more scalable.
