The Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our new XTM One team and contribute in shaping a state-of-the-art product and build the core platform for our XTM Suite. You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager and a small, agile squad to define the technical architecture and continue to enhance our unified AI solution that will unlock the true potential of our XTM Suite. This is a high-impact role where you will balance rapid iteration with code quality to lay the foundation for a scalable product. You will not just act as an implementer, but as a key contributor to the product vision, helping us solve complex challenges. Your Responsibilities - Full Stack Architecture: Build a clean, scalable application deployable both as SaaS and On-Premise, using Typescript and Python. You will design complex visualization flows, advanced logging capacities and agent configuration. - Architectural Evolution: Refine the software architecture to handle the integrations with the AI team at Filigran. - Rapid Prototyping: Iterate fast to test concepts, being comfortable with refactoring or deleting code as the product vision evolves based on user feedback. - Community Management: Engage with the Open Source community (GitHub, Slack), answering user questions. - Team Structuring: Participate in the creation of development processes and team culture as one of the first hires in this new squad. Who You’ll Work With - Direct report: You will report to the Engineering Manager. - Team: You will form the initial squad with the Engineering Manager, with plans for the team to grow fast. - Collaboration: You will collaborate with the VP of Tech, CTO, and AI team to align on technical standards and integration strategies with the wider ecosystem (OpenCTI / OpenAEV / OpenGRC). About XTM One XTM One is the Filigran AI-Native Threat Informed Defense platform, dedicated to create and run cybersecurity expert AI Agents, and host datasets and configs to be leveraged across products. Every Product of the XTM Suite is connected to XTM One to leverage AI Agents for more proactive, easy-to-use platform. Within XTM One, every AI Agents can use and correlate data cross products to make the most meaningful assessments and take the most relevant actions.
